Please mail your check to Hermann City Hall, c/o Hermann Arts Council, 1902 Jefferson Street, Hermann, MO 65041. All checks must be post-marked April 15, 2016 for the April 29th festival and/or July 15, 2016 for the July 29th festival, payable to The City of Hermann and put River & Lights Art Fair in the memo line. If a registrant is not matched with a check post-marked April 15th (or July 15th for the July festival), the space will be forfeited.
Exhibit space is a flat rate of $25.00 for a 10’x10′ space for each festival. Artists are responsible for providing tables, easels and any display material. Space is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. Each registration form is time-stamped and the first registrations will have the spaces closest to the entrance. Artists wishing to sell their work at the River & Lights Festival will need to have submitted an Application of Special Event Business License and a Certificate of No Tax Due to the City of Hermann. Festival hours are 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Artists need to be setup by 4:30pm.
