The Hermann Arts Council awards grants to applicants who provide an event to further arts and education in Hermann. The Council does not award grants to individuals to further their education, as in going to a conference or workshop, unless the person would then use their new skills to provide an event in Hermann.
The Hermann Arts Council budget is from July 1 – June 30 of each year. Often funds are limited as the fiscal year nears the end.
